Leaking water line leads to month-long flooding.

The owner of this upscale home in DC Ranch was gone for 30 days. He returned to find that a pinhole leak in a water line in his bathroom had been flooding for a month. The result was this IICRC S520 Condition 3 mold growth. Adaptive performed the inspection, wrote the scope of work, and performed the required NESHAP Asbestos Sampling and Reporting. The homeowner should only be inconvenienced by this mold issue for about 10 days.
